We do work with you throughout the entire design process to ensure that the website you go live with, is the website you absolutely love. So refunds shouldn't be a concern. We're not expecting you to agree to go live with a website you don't absolutely love.
Keep in mind that we're not asking for large down payments, so you have little to risk.

In general, make sure you cancel (by phone or email notification) before the end of the month. Our billing starts on the 1st of each month. If you cancel before then, you'll be OK.

We provide up to one hour of free site edits each month by a professional web technician, as well as offer additional editing services, based on your needs.
